Experience and Qualifications

- 8+ years of overall experience in IT infrastructure.
- 4+ years of proven experience with VMware enterprise products and EUC Horizon.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise VDI, including the Omnissa Horizon product suite, Omnissa Workspace ONE Access, Omnissa DEM, third-party IDM integration, and supporting VMware and Microsoft technologies.
- Hands-on experience deploying Horizon infrastructure in large environments.
- Experience with log analysis and basic scripting to automate daily operations.
- Experience creating High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and solution documents.
- Hands-on skills in hyperconverged infrastructure.
- Education in Engineering, a Diploma, BSc, MCA, or MCM with an IT specialization.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L3 support for enterprise VDI environments and troubleshoot complex issues with Omnissa Horizon.
Manage and support VMware and Microsoft technologies, including ESXi, vSphere, and Windows Server.
Work with hybrid cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments.
Perform diagnostics and resolve user-level issues within the Horizon suite.
Automate daily operations using scripting.




Translate technical requirements into actionable plans and create HLDs, LLDs, and solution documents.
Manage TCP/IP, LAN technologies (switching and routing), and DNS.
Collaborate with senior team members, conduct technical sessions, and mentor L1 team members.
Work with customers and third-party OEMs and hardware vendors; raise support cases with Microsoft, VMware, and other vendors.
Work US and UK shifts based on organizational needs and participate in an on-call rotation, including night shifts.
Contribute to high customer satisfaction.
