Website: Job description: Role Overview: The Programme Manager will drive day-to-day programme management for the Foundation's Healthcare Collaborative, ensuring milestone tracking, cross-partner coordination, and consistent execution of cross-cutting priorities across projects. This role sits at the operational core of the Secretariat, working closely with the Collaborative's Steering Committee, Partners, and State and District-level Implementation & MEL teams.
Programme Management & Milestone Tracking
Drive day-to-day management of the Team-oriented's workplan, ensuring activities stay on track against agreed timelines and milestones.
Maintain a consolidated tracker of deliverables, risks, and dependencies across all workstreams and share regular status updates with the Secretariat Lead.
Coordinate across state government, NHM, ALVL Foundation, Gates Foundation, and implementation partners to ensure aligned execution on the ground.
Track cross-cutting priorities across project locations,



ensuring consistency of approach while accommodating state/district-specific needs.
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for implementation partners, troubleshooting implementation issues as they arise.
Gurgaon, with periodic travel to project locations in different states
Commensurate to candidate's profile and experience
Experience required (work experience and number of years of experience): 8-10 years in public health programme management, coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes involving government, CSR and philanthropic partners.
Postgraduate degree in public health, healthcare administration, management, or a related field.
Comfortable working with data and trackers (Excel/Google Sheets) to monitor progress and flag issues.
Willingness to travel periodically to project locations.
