The Project leader is responsible to lead CAE activity for vehicle development programs including planning, coordination, and execution.

- Ensure technological monitoring and carry out competitor analysis actions
- Define digital simulation methods and modelling and ensure their development
- Ensure capitalization of digital simulation methods

Responsible to lead the digital evaluation to achieve performances targets
Adhere to Project management compliance
Responsible to confirm the targets with customer performance team.
Analyze risk and initiate avoidance activities. Experience:
- Strong experience of 7 to 12 years in closures domain

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Strong experience in closures domain Exposure to door sagging, door slamming, oil canning and denting, door closure effort, door noise simulations will be advantage Experience in making root cause analysis [Engineering analysis] & derive problem statements, propose counter measures or directions.



Experience in project management [scheduling, executing, risk analysis, mitigation & contingency planning]
