About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Sales Associate with experience in solution-based or project sales to develop business opportunities and build strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, and end customers.

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through project sales and lead generation.
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, builders, and end customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.
Track project opportunities, conduct client meetings,



and follow up on leads.
Present solutions to customers and communicate their technical and commercial value.
Negotiate with clients and drive opportunities towards order closure.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments.
