We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Returns Executive to lead and

manage the end-to-end returns process for our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will

ensure smooth customer experiences, optimize reverse logistics, reduce return rates, and analyze

data to improve product quality and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and oversee the entire e-commerce returns and reverse logistics process across all

platforms (e.g., website, marketplaces).

 Collaborate with warehousing, customer service, and logistics partners to ensure timely and

accurate processing and booking of returns, replacements, and refunds.

 Develop and enforce return policies that align with company objectives and customer

satisfaction.

 Track and analyze return reasons, identify trends, and recommend actions to reduce

avoidable returns.

 Work closely with product and quality control teams to investigate product defects or

dissatisfaction triggers.

 Monitor refund/SPF claim timelines and ensure SLA compliance for different platforms

(Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).

 Coordinate refurbishment, liquidation, or restocking of returned items, minimizing losses.





 Maintain relationships with 3PL providers and courier partners for efficient return pickups

and logistics.

 Handle escalations related to returns and work with customer support to resolve complex

cases.

 Generate weekly/monthly reports on return metrics, costs, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or returns management.

 Robust understanding of return logistics, e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify),

and customer service workflows.

 Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, ERP systems, and order management tools.

 Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 Experience with data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience working with high-volume D2C brands or marketplaces.

 Familiarity with RTO (Return to Origin), COD, and refund fraud mitigation.

 Knowledge of return fraud detection tools or automation platforms.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
