CRM Executive – Job Description

Job Title: CRM Executive
Company: New Swan Autocomp Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Ludhiana
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain customer relationships and regular communication.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and service-related calls.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders and requirements.
- Coordinate and process customer orders.
- Generate Proforma Invoices (PI) as required.
- Follow up with customers for payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order and dispatch status.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM software.
- Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered based on suitability.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
