Job Overview

Digital ORRA is looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our clients’ social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media strategies, content planning, audience engagement, analytics, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients and brands.
- Manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators for engaging posts, reels, and videos.
- Write engaging captions, post descriptions, hashtags, and calls to action.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and brand mentions.
- Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Implement strategies to improve reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and social media optimization.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Good understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and content-planning skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience handling multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience in preparing client reports and presenting performance insights.
