- Plan and supervise shift-wise production activities as per the production schedule.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within specified time, quantity and quality standards.
- Monitor batch manufacturing activities and ensure adherence to approved manufacturing procedures.
- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, pH, flow, level and reaction time.
- Ensure proper operation of reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, pumps and other production equipment.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, QC, QA, Maintenance, ETP/MEE and Utility departments.
- Ensure proper material availability before starting production activities.
- Minimize production losses, downtime, rejection and process deviations.
Pay: ₹10,113.21 - ₹50,418.20 per month
