- Responsible for the achievement of revenue and profit targets and for the disciplined execution of jobs
- Training and coaching teams on the job, besides supporting the teams in planning and analyzing the studies.
- Prepare Proposals, Research Design, Field Briefings, and the review the Presentations made by juniors.
- You will work with our Qualitative/ other SL teams to propose seamless solutions for our clients’ market needs.
- Responsible for the achievement of revenue and profit targets and for the financially[1]disciplined execution of jobs
- Establishing a Client-Service Excellence culture with your teams
- Responsible for output of the team, service delivery.
- Supporting the SL in building Ipsos reputation, particularly in what regards quality, client service and deliverables excellence.
- Other sundry managerial duties as required.
