US IT Recruiter Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
- Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and match candidates with client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and other employment types as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate rates, follow up on submissions, interviews, and offers.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records

Bench Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:

- Market and place consultants who are available on bench.
- Develop relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.




- Identify suitable requirements for consultants based on skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Submit consultants to relevant job requirements and coordinate interview processes.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors/clients.
- Follow up regularly on submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Maintain and update consultant profiles and availability
- Job Details:
- Location: Vijayawada
- Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST
- Working Days: Monday – Friday
- Saturday & Sunday: Off
- Experience:2+ years
