Core Responsibilities

- Refrigeration & Cold Chain Upkeep: Manage scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial chillers, blast freezers, display units, and cold storage rooms.
- Temperature & Quality Control: Monitor and record strict temperature logs to protect perishable baking ingredients (yeast, dairy, cream) and finished baked goods against spoilage.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Coordinate service level agreements (SLAs), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and parts procurement with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule shift technicians and external contractors.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to food safety standards, hazard protocols, and proper refrigerant handling regulations.

Job Specifications & Requirements

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 8+ years of plant or facility maintenance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role within food processing, FMCG, or commercial baking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
