Business Development Associate – MBA Fresher

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident and ambitious MBA Fresher to join our Business Development & Marketing team.

As an IT company serving Indian and international businesses, we work across IT services, AI[1]driven solutions and technology products for B2B and B2C markets.

What You’ll Do

* Identify and develop new business opportunities across India and international markets.

* Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, research, networking and other

channels.

* Understand our IT services and products and communicate their value to potential

customers.

* Engage with prospects, conduct follow-ups and support the sales cycle.





* Conduct market research and identify current customer and business opportunities.

* Work with senior leadership and internal teams on business growth initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Smart, analytical and intellectually curious

* Passionate about Business Development and Sales

* Proactive, confident and eager to learn

* Good understanding of business and commercial fundamentals

* Comfortable interacting with customers and working in a target-oriented environment

* Interest in Technology, AI, SaaS and startups is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
