State Relationship Manager – Education Partnerships

Skill Orbit India is an EdTech and technology company focused on industry-aligned skill development and practical learning in AI, Robotics, IoT, Drone Technology, Coding, Emerging Technologies, Workshops, Internships, and AI & Robotics Lab Setup.

We are looking for a motivated and confident State Relationship Manager – Education Partnerships to build and develop relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions within an assigned state.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions in the assigned state.
- Build professional relationships with Principals, Directors, HoDs, T&P; Officers, coordinators, and other decision-makers.
- Introduce Skill Orbit India's programs and technology solutions to institutions.
- Understand institutional requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Arrange meetings between educational institutions and the Skill Orbit India team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships throughout the business cycle.
- Identify opportunities for:
- AI & Robotics Lab Setup
- STEM/Innovation Labs
- AI, ML & Robotics Training
- IoT & Drone Workshops
- Student Internships
- Faculty Development Programs
- Skill Development Programs
- College Workshops
- Technology Projects
- Industry-Academia Collaborations
- Maintain all leads, contacts, meetings, requirements, and follow-ups in the company's CRM/Google Sheet.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and management team for proposals and conversions.
- Help develop long-term institutional partnerships rather than focusing only on one-time sales.

Performance Focus

Performance will be evaluated based on quality of relationships and business opportunities generated, including:

- Qualified institutional leads
- Decision-makers contacted
- Meetings arranged
- Requirements generated




- Proposals initiated
- Projects converted
- Business/revenue contribution
- Repeat opportunities and institutional partnerships

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

- Confident in communication and relationship building
- Comfortable speaking with school and college authorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Interested in Business Development, Sales, Education and Technology
- Comfortable with calls, emails, follow-ups and networking
- Willing to conduct local field visits when required
- Familiar with Google Sheets/CRM tools
- Able to communicate in English and Hindi
- Knowledge of the local/regional language is an advantage

Freshers with strong communication and networking skills can also apply. Previous sales or business development experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Important

This is an unpaid opportunity with no fixed salary or guaranteed stipend. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to institutional relationship management, business development and EdTech sales.

Performance-based incentives or future paid opportunities may be considered separately based on company policy and measurable contribution. Such opportunities are not guaranteed.

Candidates will be expected to represent Skill Orbit India professionally and must not make unauthorized commitments regarding pricing, discounts, contracts, or delivery timelines.
