JOB DESCRIPTION – PRIMARY TEACHER (PRT)

Position: Primary Teacher (PRT)

Job Responsibilities

- Teach students from Classes I to V according to the school curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Explain concepts clearly using interactive and activity-based teaching methods.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment.
- Assess students through classwork, homework, tests, and regular evaluations.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide individual support where required.
- Develop students’ communication, creativity, confidence, and overall personality.
- Maintain proper records of attendance, assessments,



and student performance.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, workshops, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
- Follow school policies, academic guidelines, and professional standards.

- Qualification: Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
