Seed Solutions is looking for an experienced Architect to join our team in Kochi.
Requirements:
- B.Arch or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Autodesk SketchUp.
- Good working knowledge of 3ds Max and Revit.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction.
- Good design sense and attention to detail.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.
- Develop 3D models and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Attend site visits and coordinate with the execution team.
- Assist in design development and material selection.
