We are currently expanding our footprint in the Chennai market and are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Officer to drive local business development and support our authorized dealership network.
Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales Officer to manage and expand our market presence in and around Thiru. Vi. Ka. Nagar (Thiruvika Nagar), North Chennai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in on-ground lead generation, building relationships with local trade partners, and driving sales conversions in coordination with our authorized dealership partner.
Key Responsibilities

- Daily Field Visits: Conduct a minimum of 3 visits to retail shops daily to develop trade enquiries and expand the retail network.
- Site Prospecting: Visit at least 3 construction sites or relevant project locations daily to identify new business opportunities.
- Influencer Engagement: Meet with at least 1 professional painter daily to promote Admire Paints products, educate them on product advantages, and build long-term relationships.
- Lead Follow-up: Conduct a minimum of 3 tele-calling activities daily to follow up on prospective leads, trade enquiries, and dealer-generated contacts.
- Sales Conversion:



Actively maintain customer records, follow up on issued quotations, and provide dedicated support to close orders.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports and periodic sales performance summaries to company management.
- Dealer Coordination: Work closely with our dealership partner to support local market activities while strictly adhering to Admire Paints' employment, reporting, and performance policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Prior field sales experience, preferably in the paints, building materials, hardware, or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present product information using approved sales scripts.
- Self-starter with the discipline to meet daily visit and calling targets.
- Familiarity with the local North Chennai market, particularly Thiru. Vi. Ka. Nagar (Thiruvika Nagar), Perambur, Sembiam, and potential expansion areas (e.g., Red Hills, Anna Nagar, Manali, Villivakkam, etc.).
- Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for daily local travel.
- Ability to maintain basic lead management records and submit timely reports.
