Position: Creative Strategist

Location: Delhi

Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist who has a strong background in graphic design and can also think strategically about creative content. The ideal candidate should have experience working across different areas of graphic design and understand how to create visually engaging content that aligns with a brand’s identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and strategies for the brand across different platforms.
- Create and oversee high-quality visual content for social media, campaigns, ads, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Work across different domains of graphic design, including social media creatives, campaign creatives, branding, digital ads, and marketing collaterals.
- Understand the target audience and translate insights into effective creative ideas.
- Develop creative directions, mood boards, visual concepts, and campaign ideas.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistency in brand communication.




- Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, and evolving creative formats.
- Ensure all creatives are aligned with the brand’s visual identity and objectives.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in Graphic Design / Creative Strategy / a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across different graphic design domains.
- Valuable understanding of branding, visual communication, and creative strategy.
- Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar.
- Ability to think creatively as well as strategically.
- Experience in D2C, skincare, beauty, wellness, or consumer brands would be a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of current digital and social media trends.
