We are looking for an Executive Triple Net Zero to support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on achieving Zero Waste, Zero Carbon, and Zero Water goals through value engineering, resource optimization, energy efficiency, and waste reduction. The ideal candidate should have experience in sustainability, energy management, VAVE, or continuous improvement projects, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

Skill / Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in Triple Net Zero, sustainability, energy management, VAVE, or continuous improvement projects.
- Knowledge of Zero Waste, Zero Carbon, Zero Water, energy efficiency, and resource optimization.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto.
- Skills in data analysis, MS Excel, project execution, and cross-functional coordination.
- Knowledge of carbon footprint, emissions, waste management, and circular economy.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Sustainability/ESG or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions,



ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and carbon accounting is an advantage.
- Experience in electrical/electronics, energy, metering, or engineering manufacturing is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Drive initiatives to reduce material, energy, water, process, and packaging waste.
- Identify and execute VAVE/Value Engineering opportunities to optimize materials, processes, and costs without compromising quality.
- Support Zero Waste, Zero Carbon, and Zero Water projects across manufacturing operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for energy, water, material, and resource efficiency.
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply structured problem-solving tools to address recurring operational issues.
- Track and report Triple Net Zero KPIs, cost savings, and project progress.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Procurement, EHS, and Design teams.
- Promote innovative and sustainable solutions across manufacturing operations.
- Conduct awareness and training sessions on sustainability, waste reduction, and resource conservation.
