HR Business Partner (HRBP) -

3 to 6 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic HR partner for business units and stakeholders.
- Drive Performance Management System (PMS) activities, goal setting, reviews, and employee development initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and talent management.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Support compensation and benefits processes, annual salary reviews, and reward programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare HR-related MIS reports to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR governance.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for hiring and onboarding requirements.




- Manage stakeholder relationships across functions and locations.
- Willingness to travel to branch locations as and when required.

Skills & Experience:

- 3 to 6 years of experience as an HRBP/Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of PMS, employee engagement, stakeholder management, and HR operations.
- Understanding of compensation & benefits, labor laws, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.
