Role & responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand business requirements, user needs, and project goals.
- Translate business requirements into explicit and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications for development teams.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and promote collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, to ensure consistent communication and alignment between the business and development teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to Product Owners and development teams throughout the development process.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the developed product meets the defined requirements and satisfies user needs.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and user feedback,



identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and insights to drive innovation within the organization.
- Deep understanding of eDiscovery processes, including data collection, processing, review, and production. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and protocols (e.g., Reveal, Relativity, Nuix, EDRM) is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to translate customer requirements into actionable product features, with a strong emphasis on usability, scalability, and security. Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
- Have experience with the processing tools Nuix workstation/Ipro/MindsEye and have a forensic certification like (ENCE, MCFE, ACE, CCME, GCFE, CFCE, or CCE).

Also CEDS would be a plus as well.
