About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyse US IT job requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and

other recruitment channels.

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and

work authorization.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate profiles against job requirements.
- Communicate job opportunities, responsibilities, location, shift, and contract details

to candidates.

- Submit qualified candidates to clients within the required timelines.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Negotiate rates/salary with candidates when required.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate

experience.

- Strong knowledge on US IT Staffing, US Recruitment, IT Contract Staffing, Contract-

to-Hire, Direct Hire,



LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, US Work Authorization, H-1B,

OPT/CPT, GC, US Citizen

Candidate Requirements

- 04 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment

are welcome to apply.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
- Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and negotiation skills.• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in US timings (Night Shifts)
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
