Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Develop and implement effective subcontractor management strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and improve processes.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in subcontracting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of subcontracting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Robust analytical and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
