Job Description

We are hiring Contact Centre Representatives for the Banking and Insurance Operations team of a leading organization, supporting customers based in Singapore.

Prior experience in a banking process is mandatory. Candidates without it will not be considered.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and email queries for banking services
- Deliver excellent customer service with a focus on first-contact resolution
- Manage the customer mailbox and related support activities
- Resolve customer concerns while adhering to quality and compliance standards




- Handle approximately 55 customer interactions per day (calls and emails combined)
- Escalate complex issues as per defined process requirements
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1.8 years of experience in a banking process (mandatory)
- Experience in customer service, contact centre operations, voice process or customer support within banking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
- Willingness to work from office in the 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM IST shift
