Job Description

NEVORA Health & Beauty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to coordinate production activities with third-party/contract manufacturing partners for health supplements, nutraceuticals, cosmetics and personal care products.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate production planning with third-party manufacturing units.
- Follow up on production schedules and committed delivery timelines.
- Monitor batch manufacturing, filling, packing and labelling activities.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for raw materials and packaging materials.
- Ensure production is carried out according to approved product specifications.
- Monitor batch-wise production progress.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for product quality and batch release.
- Review manufacturing and packing documentation.




- Track production wastage and material reconciliation.
- Identify production delays and coordinate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular manufacturer visits when required.
- Maintain production status reports.
- Coordinate recent product trials and pilot batches.
- Ensure proper implementation of approved packaging and labelling specifications.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, QA and logistics teams.
