Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural designs for residential projects using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets project requirements and client expectations.

- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing structures and provide input on renovation or new construction plans.

- Develop 3D models and renderings to visualize designs for clients.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in architecture or related field (civil engineering background preferred).

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit software applications.

- Solid understanding of structural analysis principles and ability to apply them effectively in design work.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
