Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our expansion in the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sector. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, build key industry partnerships, and drive technical-commercial deal closures for containerized battery racks, energy storage enclosures, and turnkey BESS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and convert business leads across C&I; clients, Renewable IPPs, EPC firms, and Utility-scale projects.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with EPC contractors, System Integrators, and OEMs.
- Lead end-to-end sales cyclesfrom initial outreach, technical pitch, and RFP/tender evaluation to commercial negotiations and closing.




- Collaborate closely with internal technical, engineering, and supply chain teams to prepare customized technical-commercial proposals and tenders.
- Monitor energy market dynamics, battery cell pricing trends (LFP/NMC), regulatory policies, and competitor strategies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, clean energy expos, and industry networking events.

Required Candidate Profile

- Experience: 4 to 8 years in B2B sales/business development within BESS, Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind), Power Electronics, EV Charging Infrastructure, or Industrial Power Systems.
- Deep understanding of BESS architectures (battery racks, BMS, PCS, EMS, enclosure design) and grid/behind-the-meter applications.
- Proven track record of closing high-ticket B2B capital equipment or energy sector sales.
- Solid negotiation, pitch preparation, and client relationship management skills.
