Role Description

- Lead and manage a team of US recruiters supporting MSP/VMS clients.
- Drive team performance through KPI accountability and delivery excellence.
- Oversee resume screening, candidate qualification, and submissions.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview processes.
- Handle offer management, negotiations, and candidate onboarding.
- Monitor and maintain recruitment metrics,



productivity reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements while meeting SLAs and hiring targets.
- Coach and mentor recruiters to improve performance and achieve business goals.

10+ years of US Staffing experience

- Robust experience managing MSP/VMS clients and recruitment teams.
- Proven track record of driving KPIs, recruiter productivity, and placements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
