Role Overview

This role is operationally critical to the university application process in a B2B setup. The candidate will manage applications end-to-end and act as the key coordinator between partners/agents and universities. The role focuses on application accuracy, documentation, timelines, follow-ups, and process discipline. This is a non-counselling, operations-focused role requiring robust coordination and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Shortlist relevant universities based on student profiles and partner requirements using internal AI-based tools and independent research.
- Conduct basic profile evaluation to assess application suitability.
- Coordinate with partners/agents to collect complete and accurate student documents and information.
- Understand and manage university-specific eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, deadlines, and application processes.




- Prepare and submit applications through university portals or official channels with high accuracy.
- Maintain real-time tracking of application status and ensure all cases are updated regularly.
- Follow up with partners for pending documents, inputs, and clarifications.
- Coordinate with universities for application updates, queries, missing information, and admission decisions.
- Ensure zero or minimal errors in application submissions and documentation.
- Adhere strictly to defined timelines, SOPs, and application workflows.
- Attend university webinars, training sessions, and process updates, and maintain relevant documentation.
- Manage multiple applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality, and turnaround time.
- Identify delays or process gaps and proactively escalate issues to the relevant stakeholders.
