Positions -: Jewellery Sales Officer / Jewellery Consultant

Locations -: Hyderabad - Multiple locations

Key Skills -: Must be energitic & should be able to take up ownership should be a able to work with Teams, having "POSITIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS" with ability to interact with Premium Customers / walking conversion / Retail Kpi's

Scope of Work -:

Responsible for handling walkin Customers / Customer Interactions.

Receive and engage with the customer to understand the customers requirement

Introduce the various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision

Implementing customer engagement activities across store such as Telecalling, birthday wishes,follow-ups for offers & New arrivals.

Maintenance of all the Products.



Converting the Walk-in Customer to buy the Product.Responsible to achieve targets in terms of sales.

Responsible for handling cash in the absence of the cashier.

Responsible for making reports and helping in collation of information.

Arranging stock and counters and winding up at the end of the day.

Enrollment of Membership of various customers. Actively participating in meetings organized by Company.

Implementing Promotional activities offered to the Customers & briefing them to team about the current offers.
