Role Overview:

We are seeking an active, detail-oriented Warehouse Stock In-Charge to maintain 100% synchronization between physical godown stock and our software ledger across our 4-story wholesale footwear facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Matching & Reconciliation: Daily physical auditing of rack stock against BUSY book stock to flag surplus or shortages immediately.

• Inward Verification: Physically verify arriving factory master cartons against delivery challans and purchase bills before allocating to storage racks.

• Carton Control & Openings: Authorize, record,



and supervise which sealed master cartons get opened daily; strictly manage cut-size open bins vs. sealed carton sections.

• Floor Stock Routing: Direct the movement and neat stacking of cartons across demographics (Cellar: Gents, Ground: Ladies EVA, 1st: Kids/PU, 2nd: School shoes). Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years experience in wholesale godown inventory audit, physical stocktaking, or warehouse supervision.

• Robust counting accuracy and willingness to be active on the godown floor daily.

• Minimum 10th Pass. Fluency in English / Hindi.

• Wholesale market working hours: 10:00 AM 8:30 PM.
