Litigation Strategy Advisor Real Estate

1. Role & Engagement

MPM Group seeks an experienced legal professional to guide its litigation strategy and advise on civil, property and land disputes.

The Advisor will report to the Chairman & Managing Director and work closely with the Senior Solicitor / Head of Legal and external counsel.

Engagement: Full time at our Hyderabad corporate office, 11 am to 5 pm. The role is strategic and advisory, with no court appearances.

2. Key Responsibilities

* Assess disputes and recommend litigation, settlement and mediation strategies.

* Review pleadings and evidence, and assist counsel in preparing for important hearings.

* Monitor civil, title, land, revenue and related real estate disputes.

* Review major transactions for litigation risk and discuss case progress with the CMD.

3. Experience & Qualifications





Preference will be given to a retired District Judge or higher judicial officer with substantial experience on the civil side, particularly in property and land matters.

Advocates and other legal professionals with extensive experience in civil litigation, land and revenue laws will also be considered.

We seek someone passionate about taking on challenging legal matters, who shows initiative, takes ownership and handles the Group’s legal work with commitment and diligence.

Sound knowledge of Telangana land and revenue laws, strong analytical and drafting skills, and fluency in English and Telugu are required.
