Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) to acquire recent clients and grow existing ones.
- Handle retail branch banking operations, including portfolio management, wealth management, CASA ,mutual funds sales, and NRI banking services.
- Develop strategies for acquiring new HNI clients through referrals, networking, and market research.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives such as priority banking, elite club membership programs.
