We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for our residential open-plot real estate business. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Excel-based reporting.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciliations, MIS reports, receivables/payables, and providing timely financial information to management.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including customer collections and vendor payments.
- Maintain and reconcile bank, cash, customer, vendor, and ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily MIS and management reports.
- Prepare sales, collection, outstanding, expense, receivable, and payable reports in Excel.
- Generate and analyze reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF formulas,



and other advanced Excel functions.
- Consolidate data from multiple Excel files/sources and prepare management-ready reports.
- Track customer payments, outstanding amounts, advances, and installment collections.
- Verify invoices, receipts, payment records, and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting/compliance activities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify discrepancies in financial data and take necessary corrective action.
