Senior Architect Hospital Planning & Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead hospital planning, architectural design, and project implementation.

* Develop concept plans, master plans, floor plans, and detailed layouts.

* Ensure designs comply with hospital planning standards, NABH requirements, and statutory regulations.

* Coordinate with MEP, structural, biomedical, medical, and operations teams.

* Plan clinical and non-clinical areas including OPD, IPD, OT, ICU, Emergency, Diagnostics, and support services.

* Review and approve architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and design documents.

* Conduct site visits and monitor project execution as per approved designs.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

* Identify design issues and provide practical solutions during project execution.

* Manage multiple hospital projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

* Support renovation, expansion, and recent hospital development projects.

* Ensure effective space planning, workflow optimization, and patient/staff movement.
