Bench Sales Recruiter

Location: Nizampet, Hyderabad

Work Mode: On-site

Experience: 1+ to 4 Years

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Market and promote bench consultants through job portals, LinkedIn, vendor networks, and other channels.
• Work with vendors, implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients to identify suitable requirements.
• Submit qualified consultants to relevant job openings and manage the complete submission process.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and placement opportunities with vendors and clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and clients.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Track consultant availability,



submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain accurate consultant and submission records in ATS/CRM systems.

Required Skills:

1-3 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of the US staffing market and recruitment processes.
Good understanding of visa statuses including H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD & TN.
Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, JobDiva/Ceipal, and other job portals.
Strong experience in vendor management, consultant marketing, rate negotiation, and submissions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting and achieve submission and placement targets.
