Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions with high school students and parents (virtual or in-person)
- Understand students' academic background, interests, aptitude, personality, career aspirations, and provide personalised guidance accordingly
- Guide students on stream and subject selection based on their interests, abilities, career goals, and future academic plans
- Have a good understanding of different school curricula such as CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, and the subjects offered under these curricula
- Provide guidance on undergraduate education pathways in India and international destinations such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Singapore
- Guide students and parents on university selection, admission requirements, application timelines, and general admission processes
- Conduct career workshops and information sessions for students and parents (virtual or in-person)

Key Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, Counselling, or related fields preferred)
- Minimum 23 years of experience in career counselling, college admissions counselling, student mentoring, or a related field
- Thorough understanding of career options and academic pathways in India and abroad
- Valuable understanding of school curricula such as CBSE, ICSE, IB, and IGCSE
- Knowledge of undergraduate admission processes for major study destinations such as India, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Singapore
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, counselling, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct engaging career workshops and interact confidently with students, parents, and school stakeholders
