Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager Supply Chain will be responsible for supporting procurement, pricing, and inventory operations for recommerce products (like smartphones).

The role requires strong analytical capabilities to track online market prices, evaluate vendor quotes, and drive data-backed procurement decisions.

The candidate will play a key role in optimizing margins, ensuring efficient inventory flow, and supporting end-to-end supply chain operations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

* Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage supplier relationships, negotiate deals for favorable terms, and identify new, cost-effective vendors.

* Analyze large datasets from multiple sources (online marketplaces, internal sales, and vendor quotes) to identify pricing trends and demand patterns, and develop pricing intelligence models to support data-driven procurement decisions and margin optimization.

* Logistics & Distribution: Oversee transportation, warehousing, and delivery processes to ensure timely arrival of goods.





* Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock, often using ERP systems

* Compliance & Safety: Ensure all processes meet legal standards and implement safety guidelines across the supply chain.

* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Educational Qualification and experiences

Required Educational qualification

Bachelors degree is must.

Competency Required Strong analytical and numerical skills Expertise in price benchmarking and market analysis Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards)

Understanding of e-commerce pricing dynamics

Negotiation and vendor management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven workplace

Good in interpersonal relationship

Other Requirement Willing to travel extensively Exp 3-6 years
