SAP ERP HCM (Human Capital Management) - Job Description

Job Title: SAP ERP HCM Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Configure and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, and Recruitment.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Support payroll processes, time evaluation, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve production issues and provide functional support.
- Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for developments and integrations.
- Conduct user training, UAT support, and documentation activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements,



and SAP best practices.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in SAP ERP HCM modules: PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS.
- Knowledge of SAP HR master data management and organizational structures.
- Experience in configuration, testing, and end-user support.
- Understanding of integrations with SAP FI, SuccessFactors, and other third-party systems.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
- SAP HCM certification is an added advantage.
