Credense Medical Billing Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-

driven Senior Operations Manager to lead approximately 80+ employees across our day- and

night-shift medical billing operations.

Location: India

Employment: Full-Time

Reporting To: CEO USA

Experience required:

Minimum 12 years of total qualified experience

3–5 years of relevant operations-management experience

Experience managing at least 75 employees

Strong medical billing or US healthcare RCM knowledge

Experience leading managers, team leads, SMEs, and multiple shifts

Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day India operations

• Oversee day- and night-shift performance

• Improve productivity, quality, collections, and turnaround time

• Hold managers, leads, SMEs, and employees accountable

• Manage client deliverables and escalations

• Implement SOPs, dashboards, audits, and corrective action plans

• Provide accurate performance reports to the CEO

• Reduce the need for CEO involvement in routine operations
