SALARY -
Fresher - 2.5 - 3 LPA
Experience - 3.5 - 4 LPA
Roles And Responsibilities -
- Resolve customer issues, answering questions, and providing information to ensure a positive customer experience
- Document customer interactions and outcomes in a clear and concise manner
- Proactively identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department, as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
