Salary

- First 3 Months: Up to 25,000 Take-Home + Incentives
• From 4th Month: Up to 35,000 Take-Home + Incentives
• Salary revision from the 4th month will be based on performance during the first 3 months.

- BPO Recruitment
• IT Recruitment
• US IT Recruitment
• Sales
• Real Estate
• Manufacturing
• Other recruitment-related profiles

- Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
• Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team and hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to joining.
