Roles and Responsibilities Sourcing Executive
- Source construction materials, interior products, and services as per project requirements.
- Identify vendors, collect quotations, and prepare price comparisons.
- Verify material specifications and quantities against BOQs and approved requirements.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate approvals.
- Arrange material samples for design and project team approval.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery to sites.
- Coordinate with site and accounts teams for material receipt and vendor payments.
