Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage counter sales activities to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Execute sales promotions, showroom sales, and footwear/shoe displays to drive sales growth.
- Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to meet daily goals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (counter sales, footwear industry).
- Strong understanding of sports lifestyle products and their features/advantages.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
