- JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
- Execute test cases and identify, report, and track defects.
- Perform API testing using Swagger and validate API requests and responses.
- Verify status codes, response data, and error messages during API testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members.
- Maintain test documentation and provide regular testing status updates.
- Participate in requirement analysis, defect review, and test closure activities.





Preferred candidate profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases.
- Experience in functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
- Practical experience with API testing Postman using Swagger.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, and request/response validation.
- Experience in defect tracking tools such as Jira or similar tools.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
