Responsibilities

- Roles ResponsibilitiesManage and execute patch management activities across Windows and Linux server environments.
- Deploy security patches, hotfixes, and updates using SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager) and other patch management tools.
- Utilize Qualys for vulnerability assessment, patch validation, and compliance reporting.
- Develop and maintain automation playbooks using Ansible for patching, configuration management, and system administration tasks.
- Perform vulnerability remediation based on security scan findings and organizational policies.
- Monitor patch compliance, track remediation status, and generate management reports.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to plan and implement patch deployment schedules.
- Troubleshoot patch deployment failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA).




- Ensure systems meet security and compliance requirements through timely patching activities.
- Support operating system upgrades, maintenance windows, and infrastructure improvements.
- Create and maintain patching procedures, automation documentation, and operational runbooks.
- Implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
- Participate in incident management and provide support during critical infrastructure issues.
