Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls from various countries, providing excellent communication skills to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Process international voice calls efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry into the system.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in processing transactions, meeting quality standards set by the company.
- Provide timely resolutions to customers' issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in an International Voice Process or similar role.
- Proficiency in handling international calling operations with ease.
- Strong understanding of US voice process procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities.
