CTC: 20–25% hike on last CTC | Maximum up to 10 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduation – Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1 Year as Team Leader – On Paper Mandatory

Key Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience on paper in an International Voice Banking process.
- Experience managing a team of approximately 15–20 members.
- Strong experience in team handling, performance management and daily operations.
- Valuable understanding of banking processes and customer service operations.
- Ability to manage escalations, drive team performance and meet process KPIs.
- Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills.
- Hyderabad candidates only, as this is a Walk-In Drive.
