Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
Experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring is mandatory
Robust experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT positions across various technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
