Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team and support the organizations financial operations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger functions.
- Monitor cash flow, banking transactions, and fund management activities.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and statutory dues.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS statements.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Manage GST filings, TDS returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Support management with financial analysis and business performance reports.




- Maintain accounting controls and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- 5-8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling audits, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
