- Drive employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence
- Prepare HR reports and assist in audits

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR
- Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
